Ingredients:
- 1 14 oz. can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- a pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. (if it stays too dry and thick add some water)
- Taste and add extra salt or lemon juice to taste. And pulse a few times to mix.
- Serve with pita bread, veggies, falafel* or anything else you like.
Store the hummus in an airtight container for up to three days.
